A message dated June 18, 2012, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act establishing an Alaska intrastate mutual aid system and                                                            
     relating to the duties of the Alaska division of homeland security                                                         
     and emergency management and the duties of the Alaska State
